The KYROS website is operated by KYROS SME and carries the attribution "Powered by Pecan Bank". By using it you agree to these terms. Please use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, test its security without permission or submit forms automatically.

• Submitting an application does not confirm a grant, a mentorship place or an internship. Any decision is confirmed to you separately.
• Each grant, programme and internship has its own requirements and selection. Joining the community is separate from applying for anything else.
• Dates, requirements and availability can change. Where the website shows a date or a status, the most recent version on the website applies.
• Mentorship places are limited.

• Give accurate information, and only information you are entitled to share.
• Do not put passwords, card or bank details, identity numbers or other sensitive information into a form or into Felix.
• How we handle what you submit is described in the Privacy notice.

Felix is an AI assistant, not a person. It gives general guidance, can be wrong, and cannot see, decide or change an application. Its answers do not change the published programme rules.

The courses and guides on the website are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

The KYROS name, logo, text and design belong to KYROS or its licensors. Pictures of people marked as illustrative are generated images and do not show real members, mentors or grant recipients.

The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the website's guides or on Felix. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept it.
